I have suggested to John to put it in a PR form that way if need be he could still do a Reverse split if neccessary, but I don't see reverse split occurring with all of the assets that PRWT has accrued in a short amount of time. I see a major stock buy back before a reverse split ever happens. John, just on credit alone could easily put a lien against Real Money Center or Insider Trading and gobble up 50 million shares just like that. 50,000,000 x .032= 1.6 million dollars Do a stock buy back and then if need be, do a secondary offering for acquisition purposes. To me this increase shareholder value and confindence with management ten fold. This philosphy is where John and I are miles apart. John, are you listening? Helloooooooo!!!!! Helloooooo!!!!! Johnnnnnn!!!! Once we see the 10-Q a lot of our questions will be answered concerning the float size and a better handle on what John wants to do with all those shares.
