David, I have held the same thought (Belize could have been hacked), it is quite possible this is Still a hack job into a government news letter. It is a very conceivable that they (government) will not admit it because they really do not know the source but don't want to acknowledge an invasion so they Do (grudgingly) accept it as theirs. It still could have been hacked by a political opponent but remember there was some 'language' characteristics and other points that suggested it Could have an outside source. Just a possibility, and that is what we all bring up here to clear them out. This is not about LegalBeast trying to 'save face' as you put it. David, if it is found that it is a hack job, I might even suggest a possible source that I doubt has been considered Roger
