Hey Tom, I for one welcome your input.
You said a while back that you have 50,000 shares. That's good. I think you said it as though it were a small amount.
Maybe compared to my holdings or some of the others on this board it is, but...
I have received PM's from several investors that have 7500 to 15,000 shares, and they too, diserve to be treatd with respect. Just because someone has a million shares , that does not make them a stock guru instantly.
They are probably just further along in the game where 20,000 dollars is their comfort level, instead of $2000. Don't ever appoligize for the number of shares you own, and Never think you are above anyone else because of the shares you own.
I always give credit to people who are willing to take the risk of putting their feet in the big ole pool of penny stocks.
The timid do not tread here.
Now the Futures market, now that's a rush. Ever make and lose 200,000 dollars in a day.
Who needs cocaine, drop 25 grand on a beef contracts. That'll keep you wired. Ask my wife how many computer monitors we have gone through (ask her, go on..)
she has lost count.
True story. First time I destroyed a computer screen (sadly not the last) I had bought some contracts on Coffee. I put 10,000 in it.
Next thing I know, the price is through the roof, and I have $110,000.
Did I sell the contracts. no . Did I sell half . no.
Did I even sell 10,000 to get my initial back. no. Why. I didn't listen to my broker , who basically was sobbing, begging me to get out.
Nope, Nope NOPE NOPE
we're going to $250,000 I said.
as the three months came up, guess what...
I sold my contracts for $13000.
3000 less the mony to buy a new monitor, since I threw the first out of my office window.(hey, I was tense) |
