Oh yeah I agree - no one wants to switch once they've gone through the pain and suffering of an ERP implementation! Except maybe Oracle customers because Oracle has really taken its eye off the ball. But even then, I havent heard of anyone like Cisco or Sun or anybody lining up to dump Oracle for Psft or Sap.

However, if Sap makes a statement that they are going to grow faster than the ERP mkt, it might imply that they are taking share from somebody. My guess is that would be Oracle, but after I wrote that I thought of something.... Sap might actually mean that they are taking share from Sebl,Vntv,Itwo,Manu with their own offerings of those niche products, which makes more sense than the "dump Oracle for Sap" theory.

I doubt anyone would dump Psft right now for any reason.
