isoman, I have a question. Do you have any idea what state PRWT is incorporated in? In looking at the Nevada corporate records there is a PanAmerican Bancorporation that has filed articles of incorporation on June 9th. (File Number:13454-1998) But I thought this was a reverse merger. So I am a little confused where the company is actually incorporated. Can you help?
