They are already a reporting company. If i understand your question, you are wondering if this is news. No, John had already requested this a while back. The 10Q is suppose to be submitted on 8/15. This will close the old books and allow for the opening of the new books.. so to speak. Then, in November, we'll see the 10Q for the new developments.
