I think that PRWT is like a lot of other BB stocks in that it moves on news. I don't think there will be a sustained upside move until they start reporting audited earnings. I also think that given the large float and low price that a reverse split is a possibility down the road (I know John has said that they aren't planing on doing one, but sooner or later they might have to do one if the stock doesn't move).
