Well as I just said - that there is a company called Affordable Housing in Belize doesn't seem to be the issue. I am sure most investors would not make a purchase decision over whether or not a company existed somewhere, nearly as much as they would find value in the statement that they were licensed by the government to do mortgages. It seems that in essence, John Schmitz has been called a liar by the government of Belize, and yet he still remains silent on the issue. It doesn't seem very responsible to me.
