They have offices all over. What state are you in? You can request info from their Newport offices at 1-800-755-1910 or 714-660-1919.

Homelife is in the real estate business. Combining many of the aspects together. They franchise offices as well as acquire real estate businesses. They are combining, through strategic alliances Mortgage services, Home Warranty, Home Appraisal, Homeowner Insurance, etc. There is a lot of synergy between these services and although there are some instances in the real estate industry of "recommending" this mortgage company or that home warranty service--no company has yet to combine these services under one parent company.

Imagine going to purchase a home and in the same office, you can apply for your mortgage, get your homeowners insurance, as well as your home warranty. This is the picture. Look at their most recent acquisitions and alliances--it's all coming together. But what I like is that it's not just a dreamy business plan. Homelife's been around for a while and partnering with "old timers" in the business.

Browse through the thread. I've tried to post a lot of info. Check out their website too--it needs updated--it only basically reflects their Canadian division.
