OK, you want to know how NAFTA effects PRWT and Belize? Think about these prefabbed homes that are being shipped into Belize and assembled on site ... without NAFTA, there would be a hefty duty possible as much as 100% of the value. But, thanks to the agreement through the US Commerce department under NAFTA rules, which I understand Belize has agreed, there is no duty imposed. Talk about unknowledgable? Had you checked out the economic flow of materials with the US Dept of Commerce as was suggested over a month ago you would have learned that this is indeed true. Since you are so knowledgable of NAFTA, can you quote me chapter and verse that would preclude any country anywhere from applying the act to their own dealings with the USA? Here is a clue: Do some DD before jumping on Collene for reporting good, if not complete, information.
