Off Topic - Regarding NAFTA; The North American Free Trade Agreement was negotiated and signed by Mexico, Canada and the U.S. It applies to no other countries. No other country can join NAFTA without the specific agreement of the original three parties. The wording of the agreement is quite specific with regard to the trade and tariff situation for various sectors in the three countries.
