typical misrepresentation of the facts to keep hyping the stock.
at $6.00 TLC was in dire straits, and had to give Lee & co hugh incentives to do the deal to relieve abit of debt. in fact, simply the options they were given will cover their risk.

the entire run up in stock price was planned in order to convert the debt into stock, which I forecasted. and even with that they have used Reg S deals, to avoid reporting higher than otherwise required O/S when calculating eps.

since that point the only achievement TLC has accomplished is to build up expectations: there's yet no profit, and ever increasing dilution to share ownership. TLC is sitting on hot air, and it's the individual investors who are holding the risk.

investors should read the warning signs, especially the fact TLC refuses to acknowledge that they will not use the phrase 'net revenues' on the op stmt.

the implications are clear, something is wrong.

my next complaint is the analysts assumptions for growth, it's simply based on nothing better than normal edutainment software sector growth. They fail to state that TLC has no competitive advantage and future growth is solely banked on low mail in rebate rates.

you call this a future?

what's worse is this mindless gabble from T.D. especially his last post. if investors were to use current market valuations on recently completed deals to determine TLC value, then simply look at either Mindscape or the Brod deal, then it's $12-15.
