Speaking of 10Q's, I'm not sure where the 15th of this month was brought up, but Mr. X said he doesn't expect them out till the middle of Sept. Alan, next time you chat with Mr. X, suggest that he sit down and talk with John Schmitz. I just ran across this from an earlier post by DealMaker. He is reporting a conversation that he had with John Schmitz. To answer the question of whether there will be a stock split, John said at this moment they are not even considering looking at that issue...it's way too early in the game to tell. But, he also said he would never say never to that issue as that would be foolish. Financial reporting is in the works with the accountants..the 2nd qtr ends this month June 30th, and the financials will be due out about 45 days after this date. July 1 plus 45 days equals August 15, but apparently at PRWT it equals September 15. I hope they do a better job of adding up their revenue numbers. #reply-5050846
