Hey, Jhild. I did answer a few of these questions a while back.

#1 BELIZE: . . . except that politics were alluded to being the culprit.

I agree, the Belize situation should be taken care of in a public and professional way, not from third or fourth party hearsay. I have made a number of phone calls. I am satisfied with the answers I got. Now it is up to everyone on this thread to satisfy themselves as to the current situation, and not rely on the words of others, OR... wait for both Panamerican and Belize to settle this in their own time frame.

Now, I know everyone wants it settled in their time frame, but....wishing it, won't make it happen.So...if you are not comfortable with the ....well, I call them creeping doubts...

please, PLEASE do not invest in this penny yet, or, ever for that matter. Stick to the small caps that have more information to make you comfortable.

On a scale of 1 to 10 for risk, 10 being the highest, I give PanAmerican an 8. Once more information is out the risk level will go down, but...less risk, higher price

#2Well now that raises some interesting questions as well. So which is it - did they do $300M or $500M. If they did $500M last year does that mean that they only did $300M this year? Is their business falling off? And what then is their revenue - $300M or just the finders fees for placing $300M in loans. Just what would that "revenue" number be then? And if you would say that this is just a few million for all these millions of loans placed then is it that the NRPI loans are coming from Realty Money Centers or are they just agreeing to broker that many loans? Because if the latter is the case then I can very easily understand why PRWT made no press release about this as that revenue won't be very much at all, now will it?

As I stated before, when Realty Money Center was part of RM Financial, the combined sales were 500 million, now that Realty Money Center was spun of separately in March of 1998, and subsequently sold to PRWT, it's (RMC) share of the sales is 300 million.

now, RMC is a closing company. This means they write the mortgages and then sell the mortgage to the secondary market (the people who buy the note and actually front the money) For writing the loan, RMC gets a fee and a commission on the money. They also provide a service to the lenders, in that they continue to collect the monthly loan payments, provide statements, collect and pay property taxes etc.(for a fee of course)

The commissions for writing these loans is not set in stone. it can go anywhere from 1% to 10% even more depending on the degree of difficulty.

The manager I talked to at RMC, when I asked for a ballpark, he said that an average of 2.5% to 3% would be fair.

It is the 3% that is the revenue of RMC, not the 300 million. If RMC was to stay flacid at the 300 million level, the gross earnings would be 9 million.

I have no way of accurately predicting how much the NRPI mortgages will add to RMC's bottom line down the road. According to NRPI, the first 2.5 million loan will allow them to rehab 50 homes at once, rather than 5 like they have been doing. NRPI's goal is to rehab 400 homes a year within 2 years. Will they do it.... <SHRUG>

#3INSIDER TRADING: MrX was very enthused . . . He would not, or did not know exact percentage takes from commisions, . . . How exactly could he be enthusiastic if he doesn't know what the most basic element of their revenue is to be? Or is it that your Mr. X is not so highly placed after all? Don't they have a business plan for this business?

hmmmmmm I am sure those in charge of Insider Trading know the answer to these questions. I doubt they would just throw it out to anyone who called out of the blue.

However, Jhild has been making some good progress on that end, so, anyone can choose to speculate at this point, or, wait for the financials down the road.

Again, hearsay is useless. either way, both exuberant optimism or melancholy skeptism

#4 PURE WATER SCIENCE: Plans are being made to resurect the old business. .. .

Speaking of 10Q's, I'm not sure where the 15th of this month was brought up, but Mr. X said he doesn't expect them out till the middle of Sept.

again, neither of these have been made publicly by the company, so at this point it is all hearsay so.....

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Again I stress this........

IF YOU ARE NEW TO PANAMERICAN, OR TO ANY STOCK FOR THAT MATTER, RELY ON VERIFIABLE FACTS, USE THAT TO TRY TO JUSTIFY YOUR EMOTIONAL DECISIONS WITH LOGIC.

all the rumors, good and bad, are just that, rumors, until you get it in writing, it aint so, mate

that goes for someone claiming a company is buying this or that, or someone claiming a company is going down the tubes.

if someone states "this company is going to the moon, I heard they are being bought by Hitachi" tell em to prove it.

if someone states "this company is a sham, they will be out of business by the equinox" tell em to prove it.

if they can't prove it, or direct you to a source to prove it...why would you listen? Either way. That bears repeating..

IF THEY CAN'T PROVE IT, OR DIRECT YOU TO A SOURCE TO PROVE IT...WHY WOULD YOU LISTEN? EITHER WAY.

in the end, a basher is someone who says this stock is crap , but can't give evidence to support, not someone who posts negative information that can be verified

now if someone posts bad news, but then starts gloating and rubbing it in, acting like an @$$whole, well, that isn't a basher, it's an idiot.

If someone posts good information that is verifiable, and genuinely says, he is excited. He isn't a hype monger. Now if he starts saying ridiculous things like, 5 cents to 5 dollars here we come. This stock will be a dollar by friday...wellllllll HYPE

Can't have it one way but not the other. Can't have good without evil.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Those of you that try to fight in public with Jhild, Rosario, David Sirk and anyone else that is the flavour of the week, you waste everyones time.

You may not agree with what they say or do, but.... If you stopped your pointless arguing or name calling back and forth maybe, everyone would be more civil.

I don't agree with everything Jhild says.

I doubt he agrees with everthing I say.

I can't find a post anywhere where we have bonked each other on the head for things each other has said.

I read the post jhild wrote, the post I just responded to. Some of it was worded in ways that I feel are not necessary. BUT... so many immediately jumped on him the minute he got here, I can see why he might want to take a jab.

I for one, want both sides of the coin covered on the stocks I am following. Sure, I like hearing the positive about any stock I own. But, after Bre-x, if someone finds something bad, I want to know about it, and fast.

I hate the mindless hype, and I hate the blatant bash. Those two are obvious.

Go look at the MTEI thread. Read it from start to finish. What would have happened if everyone had started out with the attitude I just outlined. This is what would have happened...

People would have started out excited, and bought in. Then Jhild and Janice Shell would have come in and said "Yes but look at these documents we found" then people would have started to realize that maybe things just weren't right.

Perhaps if the thread had been civil, on both ends, the word would have got out sooner, and less people would have been burned, by MTEI .

So if anyone wants to post information that is good or bad, but verifiable, I want to hear it. Anything else <click>.

Jhild is looking for evidence of fraud. I don't believe it will be found. However, I am not always right, and neither is Jhild. Should Jhild find this evidence, I want to know about it. At the same time, I am looking for evidence that PanAmerican will become a good investment long term. I like to think that Jhild would also like to see this information. We both have the same wish.... GET IT IN WRITING

There, now that is a long post.
