Iso, as a normal rule brokerage houses aren't going to allow an individual investor to short, at any price, but a few will at a price generally above a dollar, but the same houses that say they won't let you, or that they don't you can be your last bb dollar that they have and are doing it, I will check with a large broker in Baton Rouge La, to see if he knows of anybody.....
