<<<< How can PRWT move the reporting months >>>>> Gordon, it is not a matter of moving the reporting months. This is the first report for this company. Once they establish a quarter, which can be actually anywhere, then they are stuck with it pretty much (Altho it can change by jumping through some hoops). PRWT does not have an identified reporting quarter. Thus, the first report they issue will will establish that. Now remember also that prior to whatever that date was in June (I cannot find it right now) Panam did not exist. Purewater was not reporting and had not for many years basically because there was nothing going on. Now on to the scene comes Panam and the first quarter for Panam actually would end three months after their date of incorporation. Now then, if you were John, would you want to put out a financial report on a hollow shell and let the bashers have a field day or would you rather wait till your company had completed a quarter and report what it had done? Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Other ideas?
