If an American president had an adulterous liaison in the White House and lied to cover it up, should the American people ask for his resignation? MRS. CLINTON: Well, I think that if all that were proven true, I think that would be a very serious offense. That is not going to be proven true. I think we're going to find some other things. I remember hearing that interview as it was replayed. I remember just being incredulous. Oh yeah, and I wonder how many journalists took up Hillary on her suggestion that they investigate the VRWC which had cooked up this thing.
Oh and she just found out the whole truth this weekend! Perhaps she and Bill were contentedly cleaning the closets again. Except this time Bill said, "By the way, remember when I said I had not had an affair with Monica? Well, umm, I lied. You aren't mad at me now, are you?" |
