Yeah I trade long calls or puts. The premiums are killing but I have noticed that when the momentum is built in the market the premiums do not deflate that fast. I prefer to see the OEX move by 10 points so that delta of 50 gives me a 5 point move on the option. Got to be nimble. For today if the SPX moves from 1100 to 1115-1120 then OEX will move about 7-10 points so should get 5 points on the option. Kiri EDIT: It looks like a setup for selloff on the 15 min SPX!!!!
