This is a LBR setup. There is a spike which is followed by a plateau. The longer the plateau the greater chances of a big move. If it does not reverse and seems like it is rounding off or lower highs the chances of a sell off are great. You can see that more often in the 1 minutes, but they reverse fast at 1 min. At 15 min they are slow to reverse, and at 60 min good for a position trade, or atleast a swing trade.
