Well Roger, I think those are good qualities to be trusting and optimistic. This company has at last check been contradicted by the government of Belize, with no response. With so much still in the future with this company, I think you can choose to accept their statements at your peril.

If they were really serious about informing you on the record, they have plenty of options, not only could they have filed their 10Q for last quarter by now, but they could have filed an 8K. So when they do get around to filing, you figure it will be 45 days after the close of the September Quarter now, or will they have even more up-to-date information then, so they will wait until the end of 1998?

Where do you suppose they will draw the line and actually report something? If they are doing the kinds of revenue volumes that are being thrown around here, a big six accounting firm would be wholly appropriate to provide them with first class credibility - credibility that they could sorely use right now it seems.

This isn't cynicism, so much as raising an equally valid interpretation to the facts that have been presented to date.
