Hi Arik, nice to hear from you again

I have been following your posts with interest

>>Now that your system gave the unprecedented four sell signals in a row<<

Actually, it was five signals in a row

>>and given the possibility of a BIG correction, I'd like to suggest a widening of the profit taking (going flat) range to include larger profits should such an event occurs.<<

You make a good point and I am not sure what the best way of dealing with this is. I am reluctant to modify the system that I use given that it has worked well for me over a number of years. What I did last time was to take the continuation sell signal and go short again, after having gone flat--with the same objective of going flat at a targeted level--thereby participating in the decline if it becomes pronounced. Now that would not work if the decline were a one day crash--but if it were a sharp decline -- but in stages--I'd be in it for the ride.

Thanks for taking the time to post. I hope that you have been doing well with your shorts.

My regards
