ON TOPIC TO ALL: a very strong sugestion in regards to janice shell, jhild and the likes of such ilke, is just to respond with a canned statement "read the last 12,000 posts, or call the company" If you can't keep yourself from responding, just bash the hell out of them. FACT, they cannot be consoled, nor talked reason to. do not attempt. They have been on one mission, and one mission only, and you have to fight fire with fire.
