Message 5542675 Replies C F H I J Oh, heck, just read all the replies, Paul, I'm sure you have used, or will use, all of the questions there at one time or another. You really should try to come up with something new. I also checked on the SEC site, and there is no indication of any action by the SEC's Enforcement Division in regards to Digitcom (DGIV). Oh well... You obviously never took a logic class and know nothing about valid arguments. Engineering education just isn't what it used to be. Did you check whether there is any action against Paul McGinnis? I have had a very interesting exchange of emails with ETrade, with copies to the SEC of course. They deny that you were able to short BB stocks through them. However, they are interested that you post in public that you do. Have they contacted you yet? If you don't hear from them soon, perhaps I will forward their correspondence to you directly, with their permission of course.
