Oh, my goodness, you ARE back! Just when I was thinking the thread was getting a little dull, you show up and eliminate that problem. And with what flair!

I would love to take off a half a day and spend the morning on the phone to New York, but the day job beckons. A few observations:

Issue #1) The limited partnership has not been fully subscribed yet. We should be able to confirm or deny that. Implied is that the company will run out of money to make movies. We have been told that "Speedway" is wrapping the filming and "Delta Force" is shooting now. Splitting minimums is not the end of the world. Perhaps 1st Miracle is pushing for too good a deal. Maybe they will have to loosen the terms a bit. Maybe after the revenue from the 1st movies come in, they won't need limited partners.

Issue #2) Impending litigation. The thread attorney has stated that this suit is unlikely to keep Golan from working. I am unable to state a professional opinion (not having one). This bears watching. Golan may have to cough up money, but it's hard to fathom the court not allowing him to work.

Issue #3) Balthazar Getty bowed out after 3 weeks of production. Is this just a temperamental artist? I would think the company would be protected by contracts, etc. The company was pretty quick in replacing him, and drew quite a bit of positive publicity. So, yes, I am curious as to exactly what happened there, but I can't come up with a momentous effect on the company or stock.

Off to call Mr. Santucci. Regards, Suzanne
