You know, I still wish the SEC would allow companies to use different language. This "selling shareholders" terminology is extremely deceptive. I think they should use the wording "receiving shareholders" and then add a footnote of "who may sell from time to time according to the effective dates mentioned in the document" Oh well, that's the way they've all been worded for every company since day one.
