It is important to remember that in courts of law, eye witness accounts are critical, especially when one witness verifies another witnesses report. This has been done a number of times with regards to Belize. The witness's are saying that business is going on, there is a contractor, there is land, in fact...there is a country called Belize!!! And, this country is in a political change right now. And this country needs housing put up & financed by a reliable company that is willing to build first to prove itself as a capable supplier to the 'waiting in line' customers.
On the other side, we have one individual that throws all those reports out the window as not valid. Perhaps that person should go down and make his own first hand report and share it with us. Please include photos, written documentation, signed by third parties, so we can verify such statements in case we do not agree with them.
This can go on and on forever. In a couple of weeks, much of this will become more clear and then business as usual.
In the mean time, what new projects are showing up? Anyone...
