Barbara, This was my understanding, too. And why I've contended all along that John was walking on egg shells. If he truly wanted to be successful and win the support of the government on this business arrangement, he could not show favortism, for fear that the "other" political party would win. Things happen in politics, mud flies and a previous thought shoe in might suddenly drop out of the race. John has behaved very professional in this matter and I'm sure it was difficult with several investors demanding formal statements from him.
