Cavalry, I saw your request to Kasha on the WAMM thread. "Receipt of Service" varies in exact meaning from state to state, but in all states its' primary meaning is that a court appointed/approved process server has served someone with legal papers. Simply put, someone has been legally and officially notified that a lawsuit against them exists. KJC
