The prospectus for the limited partnership notes in the section entitled "risk factors" the suit by the Bibiyans (I called for the prospectus on Tuesday and it arrived Wed.)This is all I could find about them. showbizdata.com filmfestivals.com showbizdata.com Moshe and Simon buy and distribute low budget films.
