Hi Cav. I didn't get back on last night so I just caught up. I think it's great that you've outlined your theory and questions here and have enlisted Kerry, who is a friend of yours, to help with legal questions. I know nothing about the law, but Kerry's last post seemed honest and clear. I'm glad you have faith in him. My only two cents here is that you take the concerns he alludes to at the end very seriously. Regardless of the facts of the case, the shareholders are truly the most vulnerable here.
