Silver Surfer--I'm not a PRWT or Insider Trading expert, but from what I can tell IT's target investors are position traders and day traders. These are people whose main concern with their online broker is speed and accuracy in execution, not price. Most of the books I've read say that when commission costs get below about $50 or so that they are really inconsequential to a good trader, so $21.95 (or even $30) would be quite reasonable.

I'm not sure if this is how establishing the trading offices works or not, but I seem to remember that the trading offices are in high traffic areas where they apparently hope to attract business professionals who can't always sit and watch the trading day with their finger on the button. The trading offices allow investors to come in, access their accounts and make trades. This constitutes a second target audience, although I don't really know how large this audience is. I would think this would all depend on location.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong on this so I can "get back up to speed."
