Yes, those things I caught and they're not unexpected.

3) If you read closer they gave up options to get them repriced.

2) Every additional year you work somewhere you'd expect a small raise.

1) Only my opinion but I think you may find a different answer as things move forward.     This isn't an uncommon move, no reason to go for these things a few mil at a time.

I do hope you heed Bob's previous warning, you've got kids to send to college.
