One resorts to one's intuition when confronted with conflicting stories, I think. My intuition is that Willey wasn't repulsed by her experience with the president, and that the account of Julia Steele that passes the smile test is the one that agrees with that of the president's enemy, the ubiquitous Linda Tripp, who was there and observed Willey to be flushed and delighted on leaving the president's office.

Clinton seems to have a history of giving out government jobs, i.e. considerations, to women with whom he's dallied. That is a crime, isn't it?
