"Out" trades aren't as common as they once were. But on a day like yesterday that is possible. However everything should have been taken care of last night.

Hey, I got my confirm in the fax machine....I'm cool.

Leland posted that about the funds. I don't think the day desk would be that interested as ETH is still running the show. I'm more prone to think there are margin problems stemming from yesterday which leads me to believe (once again) that another failure to move up will send us down once again Thursday afternoon in anticipation of more margin calls.

Of course, the Futures Desk has to do something about it NOW, if that's what happened.
