Your missing key points why it is a great fit : 1. Peoplesoft has incumbant Fortune 1000 where Bill needs to fit backoffice 2. SQL 7 will ultimately beat Oracle (they'll buy and build) 3. End user apps are the future NOW! Buying this development intellect is critical. Not just ERP but the entire future needs end user apps Lots more but you get the point
