I've given this some thought and have decided that this call can only be positive. Look at it this way....they've stated it isn't to discuss this quarter so therefore it can't be any type of earnings warning.

With the stock as depressed as it is, they wouldn't schedule their first conference call ever to discuss that the ERP market is slowing.

It's not an announcement of an acquisition by MSFT(IMO).....though if it were that would actually be positive for the stock price. They've said it was to discuss the ERP market. And what company would schedule a conference call unless they had very positive things to say.

The stock is down today probably because of the huge volume of activity yesterday which may have had a good deal of short covering. (Hope Cramer was smart enough to close his short position) so not only influenced by a general market rally but also this pending conference call.

So the entire point of this whole post is simply to say I'm 90% certain I'm going to jump in here. Now I'm wishing I did it 27.
