Rich, Thanks for the confirmation.I thought that the "gap" should be smaller,even at this stage of the proposed merger.Regulatory approval and shareholder approvals should not be a problem,and I think this deal will close within 8-10 weeks.Since there is little uncertainty about the merger could the time value of money for 2 months be worth $2 a share? David
