I have tried all day to buy 20,000 at .0525 and they will not Fill the order. If someone IB owns shares at .02 looks like they would take .0525 as the ask is on 1/10 of a cent higher at .0535 Maybe if I offer to buy 100,000 to 500,000 they would sell it for .0525???
