I was told that we should see the filing THIS week. Well, the week is almost up. It's real difficult to get exact timing, considering the company must rely on "the word" of their lawyers. The law office of David Horowitz told the company it would be filed this week. So...I expect it...soon. ANd yes, it will be nice to see a couple PR from the company this month, as well as the filing, BUT...No I'm not really looking for a big momentum play here...nice and steady rise in the stock price. We should see this as the company reveals financials, releases info on acquisitions and promotes the stock on the Street. The CEO is in Toronto, Canada right now and will be back early next week. So, maybe we'll be hearing something on new deal soon after his return.
