Chuz, have you scrounged out the option dilution underlying Psft? When one would expect options to be exercised most is during an extended period of relative stagnation in stock prices, I think. (After a sharp drop such as we've just had, people may wish to wait for a recovery. But if the price doesn't go up, or grinds down, for say six months, I think it could be a further sig. hit to earnings growth (per share) at lots of cos. Sounds likely, doesn't it? Doug
