Kiri--I placed my stop at 980 initially and lowered it to 976 after it went down to the 970 level the second time. When it would not break -- I just got out at market. One of the things that I have learned since I started day-trading, is that when scalping it needs to work out relatively quickly or else it is better to bail. If I had exited half the posn at my target price then I'd have lowered the stop on the other half to break-even.
