After checking out the PLRP website, which is very good, I was wondering how a company that is already trading on the OTC:BB can come out as an IPO after the first of the year. They are already a fully trading company even though it is BB's. It was always my impression that an IPO was an Initial Public Offering, meaning they will start selling company stock on the specified date for the first time. Your help on explaining this seeming contradiction in this matter would be very helpful. broke2
