Well, Sparkey, dont you have a vested interest in seeing this one go down the tubes??? I mean, if you stiffed them on a stock purchase deal them and never have paid the bill for stock you were given, ( as mentioned by others about 5 posts ago) you wont ever be liable in any court of law when they go belly up.......right. ???????? just like the mms when they sell short and hope the company goes belly up, they never ever have to cover. or in your case you will never have to pay your bills...right????? whatever, pal
