Dear Barton,

Once again, the question arises-Why does our stock continue to drift down? You mentioned the Bibiyan lawsuit and the general market problems. Neither of these issues would tend to boost the stock, of course. The lawsuit is not a major concern to me. It bears watching, but it appears to be a nuisance suit to me.

The next revenue stream will begin when "Lima: Breaking the Silence" is sold to cable or hits the video stores sometime this fall. My impression is that this movie may perform somewhat like "Grizzly Adams"-i.e. provide a steady stream of income which will be useful in offsetting current expenses but which probably is not going to boost a stock with a float of 90+ million shares. If I'm wrong about this-and what do I know-the stock may get a boost this fall when "Lima" goes to market.

Otherwise, the next source of revenue will be when "Speedway Junky" reaches the theaters in the spring, 1999. We have had some preliminary information which suggests that "Speedway" may have significant potential. But waiting until spring, 1999, is the rub for many investors-especially SI investors. Naturally the company needs non-SI visibility which will come with a successful movie. Perhaps you remember that old Wall Street saw, "What's the difference between picking the wrong stock and being early in a stock?" Answer: "There is none." We might be a little early on this one.

Regards, Suzanne
