techstocks.com IT WAS A JOKE! As far as the Justice department lawsuit against a company Carl Kruse worked for in the past ... All I have been able to find is that a legal challenge was commenced, but never completed which usually means it was dropped. I have searched the archives at the justice department web site, and there is no entry as to the outcome. since they always publish the outcome of their cout cases, I have to assume that it was dropped. I was going to assume that they didn't publish an entry because the government lost, but then I found a few cases where they did in fact lose, but still published the results. So, hence, my assumption that they dropped or the case was tossed out. I have yet to call the justice dept. directly, but I may if this continues. Not sure what all of this has to do with PanAmerican Bancorp? Soemone else send an email off to the company to get a response from them whether this carl Kruse writes PR or what.
