Hi Chris,

Keep on lurking. Yes, I expected the filing last week, but the company decided to wait because of the holiday weekend AND to couple the filing with another PR that wasn't quite ready. I don't feel misled at all by this company. I've followed them for quite some time and they have produced and fulfilled every promise they have made. The PR regarding the filing came out on Aug 20 and said the filing would be within 30 days. I'm confident it will be.

I think it's very difficult to be totally accurate in regards to timing. What is important to me is that the company DOES what it says it is going to DO! If it's off by a couple days or weeks doesn't really matter to me.

Contact the company for more info...they are very gracious with their information. Learn about their plans for the next six months, year, and 5 year plan. I've done my homework here and feel real good about this investment. Of course, its a bummer to see the stock behave as it has the last couple weeks, but I fully expect it to rebound and have taken the opportunity to invest more on the dips. I'm not anxious. The company has already made good on several of its goals this year (mortgage alliance, Germany expansion, filing with the SEC for fully reporting status, & the news to be announced soon) With several more goals left to be reached this year, I expect the company to remain on track and report yet another profitable quarter.
