You just answered your own question. Reread what you just wrote and tell me how it is that they are not skipping a quarter of reporting. Just because it is not a quarter with much in it is no excuse. That information would be pretty useful none the less. As it is there is no way to come to any value based estimate of the company's worth. Hey if they put off reporting indefinitely you will be free to imagine its value as high as you wish. It is surprising that with so little on the record for this company from this company that you would not want as much as you can get as soon as you can get it. It is a surprising attitude for an investor to be taking. These phone conversations with investors like Barbara Sperino are plagued with much lower accountability standards on the part of management. Ask the people on the MTEI thread about relying on management statements, absent financial filings.
