Fred--remember that when the dollar was tanking against the yen a couple of years ago--gold did nothing. IMO, the move to gold--while supported by weakness in the dollar--has to be predicated on a shift in psychology. That has not happened yet. XAU to the mid 70s is entirely possible given how oversold it is--nit sure where major resistance is on the XAU.
