I always prefer a bull market as there is always a lot of play left. Once we reach so low there is not much play left. Upside is limited by fear and caution for some time and downside is limited by zero. Unless it is the internet stocks where they may even pay you to buy their stock (new paradigm you know). After all they could get a lot of ad dollars for their stockholdership -just for that. LOL - - LOL Kiri
