PKF sure is a better buy now. I bought in at 1.75. I imagine it could go lower, but during that time I'll be earning dividends of a stock that's worth much more and maybe it will turn around. It's at 1.87 right now. On the other hand, there is some problem with repatriation of income from Pakistan, so the NAV is being computed by guesswork by Morgan Stanley.
